Before You Arrive

Hydrate: Drink water throughout the day so your body is relaxed and receptive.

Eat light: A heavy meal can make you uncomfortable lying down. A light snack beforehand is ideal.

Dress comfortably: Loose, layered clothing works best — bring socks if you tend to get cold.

Bring comfort items: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask. Some venues provide mats, but personal items make the experience cozier.

Arrive early: Give yourself time to settle in, use the restroom, and choose a comfortable spot.

Setting Your Intention

Pause and reflect: Think of a word, feeling, or area of your life you’d like to invite balance into.

Let go of expectations: Each sound bath feels different — be open to whatever arises.

During the Sound Bath

Find stillness: Lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and allow your body to relax.

Breathe deeply: Let your breath be natural and slow.

Stay present: If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to the sounds.

After the Session

Move slowly: Take your time coming back, stretch gently, and sit up gradually.

Hydrate again: Water helps your body process the experience.

Notice how you feel: You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energized, or calm. All responses are valid.

Give yourself space: If possible, avoid rushing into a busy schedule afterward.

Every sound bath experience is unique, and the more you prepare with intention, the deeper the benefits can be. Whether you're seeking relaxation, clarity , or simply a moment of stillness, give yourself permission to fully recieve. May the sounds guide you where you need to go.✨
